TERMS AND CONDITIONS

CANCELLATION POLICY

Students may cancel or reschedule their classroom registration without penalty by providing GlobalNet Training with written notice by faxing to 972 985 2989 or emailing us at cancellation@globalnettraining.com up to 15 business days prior to the start date of the course. If a student wishes to reschedule their classroom registration, inside of 15 business days prior to the start date of the course, students must pay a rescheduling fee of $250. The original paid course tuition can be applied to the same course or another course of equal or lesser value for up to 6 months from the original course start date. Failure to attend the course without written notification to the above fax or email prior to the start of the course will be considered a "No Show" and will result in forfeiture of the full course price.

If GlobalNet Training is forced to cancel a course for any reason, liability is limited to the registration fee only.

SUBSTITUTION AND TRANSFER POLICY

Students may transfer to a later date within one year from the original course date provided the course fee has been paid in full. Substitutions may be made at any time.
