Prerequisites

Students should possess the Cisco® Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification or the equivalent knowledge and/or working knowledge of basic network security and a solid grasp of TCP/IP and fundamental networking concepts.

If you provide proof that you hold a current CCNA certification, we further Guarantee that you will pass your exams, or we will provide you with one retake voucher for each exam not passed for a total of 4 retake vouchers. Retake vouchers MUST be claimed within two weeks of completing the course. Retake voucher requests received after two weeks from the conclusion of your course will not be honored.
