These materials are governed by a 1-Person End-User License Agreement. To help prevent / dissuade piracy, use of electronic media is monitored several ways:

  • A security plug-in is used to require authentication by the license holder before a PDF file is opened and to limit the number of available prints per file.
  • PDF documents are watermarked with the information of the person licensed to access them.
  • All electronic files (PDF, audio, video) are encoded in a subtle manner within their code, providing reference to the license holder.

If you purchase an instructor-led course, but do not pass the exam afterwards, you are eligible to retake the class once again before your next lab exam attempt - at NO CHARGE. Alternatively, you may choose to use your retake seat invitation to visit the same course again prior to your first lab exam attempt. Your choice!
Our retake seats include full access to your own dedicated pod of equipment, just like your first time through the class!
